Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required for weekly booking and £70 for Short Break bookings and shall be paid within 7 days of the booking request.
The full balance shall be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid, then the booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
If the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full balance remains payable. We will endeavour to re-let the cottage and if successful, we shall reimburse such funds as received by the re-letting of the cottage.
